Suite Decimal


Founded in 1990 as DECIMAL (also known as Decimal Technologies Inc.), the company's mission is to provide consulting services to give managers the tools they need to better understand their costs, thereby rapidly boosting their profitability.

That same year, the first version of what’s now known as the Decimal Suite was created. At that time, the software solution was designed to analyze the costs of companies in the manufacturing sector, but it soon evolved to meet the needs of other business sectors.

Over time, improvements were made and the solution was given its current name of the Decimal Suite. The fact that both the company name and its flagship software feature the word "decimal" is no coincidence, as this sign is an important part of financial data analysis. Because it's written as a dot (or a comma, in French), both these symbols are represented in the software's logo.

While DECIMAL's focus has shifted to generating crucial management information, it continues to pursue its original mission of giving organizations the tools they need to improve their budgeting, costing and financial dashboarding.

DECIMAL offers professional services and a software solution for the specialized tasks of activity-based management, budget planning and tracking, pricing/costing, and financial dashboarding.

By building strategic partnerships, we have strengthened our relationship with a number of major public and private organizations. What differentiates our team from other suppliers is our local (i.e., Quebec-based) offices and French-speaking employees.

Basically, the Decimal Suite a fully integrated organizational performance management solution, and the company’s 30 plus years of existence are proof of its product’s relevance.

Our teams provide consulting services for implementing and using our software, as well as performance management consulting. Furthermore, every single one of our consultants is a certified CPA.
