Modeller

The Modeller is an essential tool for building the business model of any company. It is the engine from which the cost behaviour model originates and the first step in the corporate performance management process. This model, which is built from a company’s actual data at a given point in time, acts as a mark to measure the company’s performance in rendering its services and delivering its products. This model also allows the company to calculate the budget, cost and profitability of its products and customers and may be duplicated in order to create multiple scenarios for comparison or modification by managers, who establish their business needs and prepare budgets in line with the company’s financial and operational trends and models.

The Modeller module is ideal for designing business models because it integrates many interfaces according to costs and trends being evaluated. As this business intelligence is organized and governed in a stable and strict Oracle database, the Decimal Suite ensures that analysis, cost-mining and sharing of results with every department of a company is solidly clear, impartial and complete. Similar work being performed with simple spreadsheets does not guarantee managers the same degree of exactness, conformity and integrity of data.
