- eQCM® has a process-centric versus document-centric approach to regulatory compliance. Early generations of compliance management systems were based on a “document-centric” paradigm. The documents were the core of many business activities and from those documents certain information was to be extracted for various business purposes. However, information/documents are an input or output from a process. With the flexible process approach, we put the power in the hands of the user to configure, without any IT or supplier’s intervention, their needed processes.
