The Financial Management Institute (FMI) regroups more than 2000 members in Canada. They are generally fiscal agents (or administrators with financial responsibilities) coming from different governmental and institutional backgrounds related to it.  However, everyone interested in safe resource management in the public sector can become members.  This is also how DECIMAL became interested in becoming a member and later on, to partner up on a national and provincial level, as well as with the City of Montreal.
