Amadeus Signs Hyperlink as New Middle East Reseller

QUEBEC CITY, February 17, 2005 - Amadeus Inc. “Amadeus” (TSX-V: AML), premier global provider of compliance process control software solutions, today announced the endorsement of a new reseller agreement with Hyperlink, one of the fastest growing technology consulting companies in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean regions. Through this new agreement, Hyperlink will resell Amadeus’ solutions into the rapidly expanding Middle East compliance market.

The Middle East is a vital financial market and offers many opportunities for software vendors that offer regulated companies a comprehensive response to the regulatory challenges of any Corporate Governance environment. Amadeus’ growth plans for this market include the establishment of strong global alliances.
