L’Oréal thus accentuates its use of the eQCM^® compliance process control software suite by having a sixth manufacturing facility implementing this highly flexible solution.

Florence facility will use eQCM^® to manage regulated processes such as audits, corrective and preventive actions, non-conformances, change control, but also to manage every operating procedures and regulated documents of this business unit.
