Des Chênes brings several years of expertise in Enterprise Risk Management to DECIMAL. In addition to his extensive experience in risk analysis, evaluation, control and financing, enterprise risk management (ERM) as well as claims and litigation, des Chênes has developed proven methods for assisting organizations in their strategic, financial and operational risk management initiatives.
As the head of a risk management firm, des Chênes was instrumental in enabling many companies to define their acceptable exposure to risk, to implement action plans and to provide ongoing supervision of the organization’s risk framework. Now, with DECIMAL, des Chênes’ main goal will be to continue his work in risk management, using the proven tools and methods he knows so well.
