DECIMAL invests $1 million in corporate growth!
Longueuil, March 13, 2008 – DECIMAL is proud to announce a million-dollar investment in corporate growth. Over the next three months, the company plans to hire 12 new employees and launch a major marketing campaign.
An important factor in this new development phase is the arrival of new Vice President Stéphane Mercier, CMA, M.Sc., and a specialist in performance management.
Mercier is a member of the Quebec Order of Certified Management Accountants. He has more than 17 years of experience in the field, of which 14 were spent working in management consulting. His international credentials make him a leading expert in activity-based management. In fact, he is in great demand as a conference speaker and has collaborated on a number of writing projects dealing with that topic. For the past few years, he has been teaching strategic cost management at the Master’s level at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
Over the years, Mercier has consulted for a number of private and government-owned companies such as Alcan, Desjardins, Quebec’s Régie des rentes and the SAAQ (Québec’s public automobile insurance plan).
