Amadeus Integrates Business Intelligence Through New Strategic Partnership With KEYRUS

Quebec City, March 10^th, 2005 - Amadeus Inc. “Amadeus” (TSX-V: AML), premier global provider of compliance process control software solutions, announced today a strategic technological partnership with KEYRUS, a leading French consulting and Business Intelligence solutions integrator.

Amadeus has built its market reputation on its unique platform that allows regulated companies to electronically map compliance-related processes as mandated by current global regulations. As organizations strive to improve collaboration and harmonization of compliance processes, Amadeus recognized the need for business intelligence technology that would enable ready retrieval of compliance information from systems integrated with the Amadeus eQCM^® product suite. Thus, KEYRUS will assist Amadeus in integrating business intelligence technology for its upcoming planned release in April 2005.

The new business intelligence integration will offer new, enhanced functionality characterized by Amadeus as “compliance intelligence” or the ability to retrieve mission-critical information from regulated business systems essential to the achievement of compliance across the enterprise. This enhanced functionality includes a compliance dashboard that delivers real-time analysis and information in a configurable web browser interface. Also included is the ability to generate custom, user-defined reports quickly and easily without programming experience and a comprehensive range of pre-defined reports in compliance with existing predicate rule requirements such as graphical trend analysis and statistics.
